Magic Piano (Smule)

Designed exclusively for the iPad by Smule, creators of Ocarina, Leaf Trombone, and I Am T-Pain, Magic Piano was inspired by the world renowned pianist Lang Lang.
There are even videos on youtube that even a cat can play with this app too:D
Basically this app is just for fun and not really need any kind of skills to play with it, the setting even allows you to have no fail mode in playing some of the songs in the musical song book available.
However, without challenges which makes an app interest…you get less the sense of achievement & can easily get bored with this app after a while of trying it out.
The problem lies with the inability to really play the piano with a proper skill or timing required makes it too easy for me to feel that I had achieve something.
it’s like playing with a Rebicek musical box but each note is tapped out by you but fixed.
The free play piano if in random don’t really have any kind of rhythm, so I tend to like to set it to “scale” so each touch represent a piano keystroke…but the screen is totally black meaning it’s tough to use it as a proper piano.
The other piano options that have unique spiral piano arrangement is either too curvy to use or too small piano key to effectively play a musical score but only serve as a random piano noise generator LOL to annoy your family & friends lol!
There are parts where u can pinch or spread the piano to bigger size or even drag the piano keys to the right portion however it did not save it as a effective piano.
However, overall this app is innovative & unique compare to all the rest of the piano applications out there.
